Position SummaryAs an Inventory Manager, this candidate's primary responsibility will be to oversee the efficient and accurate management of inventory within our organization. This candidate will be tasked with ensuring that procedures that impact inventory controls are meticulously followed, and compliance standards are upheld to maintain optimal inventory accuracy. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to procedural excellence.

Training and/or Experience:
Previous experience in inventory management, procurement, or supply chain management, with a proven track record of success in optimizing inventory levels and improving inventory accuracy.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, using tools such as Excel, ERP systems, and inventory management software.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams, external suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Problem-Solving Skills: Proactive problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues, analyze root causes, and implement effective solutions.
Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail and accuracy in inventory tracking and reporting.
