POSITION SUMMARYThis Senior Sales role is responsible for the sales development and growth of U.S. Energy's electrification offerings and Volt Vault product. The Divisional Sales Manager will be responsible for the entire sales cycle from lead generation to implementation. They will also be responsible for customer satisfaction and retention of existing business.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop a pipeline of prospective Volt Vault users that meets quarterly targets. Nurture these leads throughout the funnel through various outreach strategies, such as cold calls, emails, in-person meetings, tradeshows, etc.
  • Convert leads to proposals and ultimately buy customers by collaborating with marketing, strategy, finance, and innovation teams.
  • Utilize salesforce.com to track lead progress and report on related KPIs.
  • Assess and monitor competition in territory to improve the Volt Vault platform, identify new EV offerings, and surface potential acquisitions.
  • Maintain outstanding levels of customer service
  • Ability to communicate and build relationships/work with internal cross functional teams including Legal, Engineering, IT, Finance/Accounting, etc.
  • Provide marketing and promotional designs to expand sales
  • Assess and monitor competition in territory while identifying potential and/or lost business
  • Travel to customer locations to sell products & services, establish relationships and solve problems
  • Maintain an in depth knowledge of company products

  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Starting pay $115,000 / year
  • Strong knowledge and experience of one or more of the following industries: Electrification, Trucking, Energy/Fuel, etc.
  • 5+ years of related successful industry sales or customer service experience with demonstrated profitably
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • Advanced knowledge of the related industry with application, technical, managerial experience a plus
  • Ability to make key customer decisions
  • Attention to detail and deadlines
  • Good listener and strong written and verbal communicator
  • Ability to work independently in meeting and exceeding goals from home office
  • Entrepreneurial, goal driven, action oriented, self-motivated
  • Able to deal with a variety of people and situations in a positive and open minded manner
  • Well organized and represent the company in a professional manner
