Aon is looking for a Director of Growth Strategy & Execution - Climate Risk Advisory Solutions

As part of an industry-leading team, you will support the Global Head of New Products to help deliver innovative and effective solutions for our clients, partners and Global Climate Risk Advisory Team

How this opportunity is different:

Key Job Responsibilities:

Partner with the Climate Risk Advisory leadership team and Reinsurance Global Leadership team to contribute to strategic growth planning. Also providing support to commercial development and develop new client solutions to accelerate growth

Develop strategic business plans and investment cases to facilitate Senior Leadership approval. This includes in-year and long-term revenue growth targets to scale commercial growth

Partner with Climate client leaders and Aon client leaders to support client activation strategy. This is inclusive of support for pipeline management, development of value propositions that address client needs

Partner with Climate client leaders and Marketing leadership to develop marketing and thought leadership strategy. Also supporting content development, client outreach, conference and panel events (e.g. NY climate week and COP)

Support execution and collaboration for the Global Climate Team operating model across Climate Leadership, Geographical Leaders and Functional / Solution line leadership

Skills and experience that will lead to success:

  • Approximately 7+ years of relevant experience in the finance, strategy and / or insurance industry
  • Effective interpersonal and written/verbal skills; strong standout colleague and ability to work across interpersonal boundaries
  • Strategy experience and financial savvy with a background in financial reporting, FP&A or accounting
  • Strong experience in excel and power point with ability to develop detailed reporting and plans, as well as creation of content

Pay Transparency Laws:

The salary range for this position is $120,000 to $160,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted to reflect applicant's geographic location.
