Overview

Ferrellgas has an exciting internship opportunity within our Blue Rhino Sales Team. As an Intern at Ferrellgas, you will get to work with one of the largest propane retailers in the United States. The timeframe of this internship is from June 2024 - August 2024 based on business needs. During this part time internship, you will work remotely on various projects.

Responsibilities
    Gain an understanding of all aspects of the business, with a focus on sales and data analytics.
  • Assist with detailed analysis of sales activity data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Work collaboratively with the Blue Rhino National Sales team to understand attribution models and their impact on sales strategy.
  • Utilize multiple tools and resources for data visualization and reporting, transforming complex data sets into actionable insights.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management review.
  • Assist in ongoing projects including tank exchange, vending, and home delivery programs.
Qualifications
  • Must be currently enrolled in graduate level studies in Data Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Business Analytics, IT Data Analytics (MBA student preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability in data analysis and interpreting sales data
  • Understanding and proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, PowerBI, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex data in a clear and compelling manner
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Time management skills
  • Must be a self-starter
  • Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States
