  • Salary: $105,000 - $115,000 plus bonus potential

Responsibilities

  • The role will be assigned an individual account(s) with a quota and a territory/market, in which you will supervise and oversee the performance of account executives from care centers within the assigned territory.
  • Implements and carries out the sales initiatives set forth by the company.
  • Assists the account executives in establishing and developing new business contacts, establishing, and refining market analyses, maintaining current relationships.
  • Develops and implements a sales and marketing plan and achieves established growth quotas.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business and/or management preferred.
  • At least three years of outside sales experience in a healthcare-related business development/outreach role.
  • A background in cold calling customers in pharmaceuticals, medical device sales, hospital, home health, hospice or long-term care, preferred.
  • Supervisory experience a plus.
  • Reliable transportation, current driver's license, and liability insurance.
Please note: This role will travel 50% or more within the assigned territory.
