Kathy Rapp is the SVP and part-owner of hrQ, a professional services firm focused on national HR search work, HR interim staffing and HR consulting. Additionally, Kathy has HR leadership experience with Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, Morgan Stanley and First Data, as well as experience within the technology, entertainment and healthcare industries. Kathy is a native Houstonian, has traveled extensively and lived and worked in the Asia Pacific region.

Kathy serves on the board of directors, the executive committee and chairs the HR committee for the Girl Scouts of San Jacinto Council. She also serves on Neighborhood Centers HR Committee, is a past board member of Sheltering Arms Senior Services, served as an executive mentor for the University of Houston Bauer School and is an active member of The United Way Women’s Initiative, HR Houston, SHRM and the Texas A&M Women’s Former Student Network.
